This undosed champagne contains all the power of the sun-ripened grapes and the Champagne terroir. This pure and rare cuvée benefits in particular from the conscious use of nature. Melanie and Benoît Tarlant plant selected herbs, mustard and wheat between the old vines, which naturally add valuable substances to the soil on a slight slope.

This champagne without dosage contains all the power of the grapes and the terroir of Champagne. This all-natural and rare cuvée, which combines all three grape varieties in a balanced way, benefits in particular from the conscious use of nature. The grapes were harvested in perfect ripeness.
