About the wine

A pure drinking pleasure for champagne lovers. 100% Pinot Noir, without dosage and with very little sulfur. Complex and elegant on the nose, with notes of raspberry, wild strawberry, some peach, lemon, flowers and some beeswax. Fresh, rich, precise on the palate, with fine perlage and aromas of cassis, currant, strawberry, peach, lemon zest, white flowers and some almond. A slight saltiness on the finish. Very good with truffled wild chickens.
