Tasting note
Bright golden color, aromatic notes of green apple, white peach and toasted bread on the nose. Harmonious sparkling wine, fresh and elegant on the palate with nice balance and perlage.

Vinification
The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation using the traditional method in bottle with twelve months of yeast contact.
