Tasting note
The bouquet is inviting, exciting, complex: blossoms, flowers, fruits that are reminiscent of green apples, white currants and melons. A subtle nuance of yeast and brioche rounds off the sensory impression on the nose. This refreshing impression accompanies the course of the palate, which is characterized by an elegant body with a balanced balance of acid-sweetness and creamy perlage. In the finale, this vintage sparkling wine ends fruity with herbal notes.
