About the wine
Sparkling wine made exclusively from Chardonnay. The base wine “Brut Réserve” is a blend of different vintages. The aromas of ripe apples, hazelnuts and limes are found, with a long, very harmonious finish. The mouth is elegant, creamy, supported by a pleasant liveliness.

Tasting note
Light lemon yellow, very fine and even perlage. Complex, floral on the nose, with a nutty undertone and a slight note of toast bread. Elegant on the palate and supported by pleasant vivacity. Round, well-balanced, with a hint of lime. Long finish, very harmonious, accompanied by a hint of honey.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, shellfish, fish and oysters.
Vinification
Made using the traditional champagne method.
