Color: Brilliant gold with shimmering reflections, fine play of pearls. Aromatics: Ripened, compote-like aroma experience, delicate nuances of mirabelles, floral primroses, typical brioche notes. Body: Long start, creamy on the palate, elegant with dense, persistent palate aromas, very vinous. Quality: Very complex wine. The champagne does not need any further bottle aging. Nice food companion.
