Tasting note
A floral note with aromas of flowers, tangerines and ripe exotic fruits. The aromatic finish and the long-lasting perlage skilfully underline the subtle residual sweetness of this Zürischum.
Vinification
The Gerwürztraminer grape only occupies around 1% of all vineyards in the Canton of Zurich and is used to produce full-bodied wines that are characterized by strong notes of roses and exotic ripe fruit. Limited to 1,000 bottles.
