Tasting note
A citrusy note with aromas of juicy apricots, apples and melon. Fresh and aromatic lingering aftertaste. Red wine grapes generally have less acidity than whites, so Blanc de Noirs are a very good alternative for acid-sensitive connoisseurs.
Vinification
For Blanc de Noir, the grapes are pressed very quickly after harvesting so that the dyes that are in the berry skin cannot penetrate into the white flesh from which the juice flows. Limited to 1,500 bottles.
