Tasting note
Brilliant color, pale yellow, strong, persistent perlage. On the nose, this champagne is very fresh and elegant with a subtle creamy, almost buttery notes paired with citrus fruits (pink grapefruits). In the mouth, the creamy aromas are confirmed. There are hazelnuts coming dried apricot and vanilla notes to reveal with a slight touch of tobacco and toast.

It goes well with an aperitif or with fish while eating.
