About the wine
Manual harvesting, draining, pressing, 20-day temperature-controlled mash fermentation. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels, in which it carries out the malolactic fermentation in a natural way. The aging takes place in French barrique barrels for 18 months.
