About the wine

Tasting note
The wine is deep ruby red. On the nose, complex aromas of red plums, wild strawberries, cedarwood, mandarin, lemon peel, ginger and celery develop. On the palate, it has a medium-body structure with perfectly ripe tannins and a subtle, enveloping finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with hearty meat dishes such as roast beef, game or lamb. It is also an ideal accompaniment to aged cheese and truffle dishes.
Vinification
The grapes come from the best Brunello vineyards and are carefully picked by hand. After fermentation, the wine ages in 700 liter tonneaux, which expresses the clarity and personality of the grape and the unique terroir in an archetypical way.
