About the wine
A powerful Brunello with intense aromas of ripe cherries, dark berries and delicate spicy notes. On the palate, it shows structure and finesse, accompanied by velvety tannins and a long, harmonious finish.
Tasting note
A fine, refined and elegant wine; undoubtedly a worthy representative of Tuscany. Its bouquet is characterized by spicy aromas reminiscent of truffles, pickled cherries and junipers. Balsamic notes and a hint of fruit compote are surrounded by the scent of myrtle and broom. Fresh and powerful with the taste of dried fruit, it is characterized by a distinctive structure on the palate. It is worthwhile to cellar a few bottles, but it is already a great pleasure when carafed.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with grilled meat, game dishes, ossobuco or ripe pecorino.
Vinification
Traditional fermentation with long contact with grape skins, followed by aging in oak barrels.
