Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red On the nose, very intense scents of dried wild plums and cherries. Earthy notes, undergrowth of fresh juniper, dried flowers and white musk. On the palate, it reveals great potential thanks to elegant, silky and tasty tannins. Clean, deep and delicious with a very long aftertaste.
Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 28°C and mashed for 22 days, aging in large wooden barrels (10-20 hl) for 3 years and a further 12 months in the bottle, unfiltered and not embellished
