Tasting note
Dark garnet red color in the glass. Intense scent of red berries, spices and leather. Dry on the palate with fine acidity, present but ripe tannins, elegant with body and structure and a spicy long finish.
Vinification
Maceration in stainless steel tanks followed by 36 months of aging in French oak barrels. This is followed by a further 18 months of aging in the bottle.
