About the wine

Tasting note
Holy Madonna - radiates an immensely calm, soft and caring peace, balsamic red fruit, animated, mild affection, light tobacco, a touch of milk chocolate, a grandeur, has something great in it, also a slight excitement, a soft glow, mild, slightly herbal freshness, Mediterranean herbs. Velvety soft on the palate, with inner harmony, a soft smile, the bright, brown, sweet tones, the soft tannins, tart herbs, flows smoothly, sweetish-tart, with gentle freshness, always with great, calm radiance. This grandeur, also melancholy joy, very big, wonderfully harmoniously matured, gentle, feminine Brunello.
Vinification
Very selective harvest by hand, fermentation in Slavonian oak barrels, aging for 12 months in large, new and used French oak barrels, 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and 6 months in steel tanks.
