Tasting note
This Brunello seduces. Ruby red with garnet reflections. Rich and intense bouquet with notes of violets and pleasant hints of undergrowth. Dry, warm and velvety on the palate. Opulent but exceptionally elegant and long.

Goes well with aged cheese, roasts, game, beef
Vinification
After fermentation in steel tanks, the wine is aged for three years in large Slavonian wooden barrels, and then in bottle for a further two years.
