Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red in the glass. On the nose, a complex bouquet of red fruits, violets and fine sweet spicy notes unfolds. Full-bodied and lively on the palate, with elegant freshness and ripe tannins that leave harmonious aromas of citrus and spices.

It goes well with braised or grilled beef and lamb, game dishes, hearty pasta and stews and aged hard cheese.
