About the wine
The wine stays in large oak barrels and barriques for three years (and longer). Ruby to garnet red in color, with a complex aroma of cherries and wild berries.

Tasting note
The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG's spicy bouquet of black pepper, spices and tobacco skilfully flirts with your sense of smell. Afterwards, playful nuances of red plum, strawberry and fig will decisively and consciously impress your taste buds. Its rich ruby red color is the icing on the cake for any special occasion. Your friends will tell you. A strong body and outstanding acidity result in the red wine, which, with dominant tannins in the mouth, shows plenty of character and class.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, pork and risotto.
Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: 36 months in barriques and in large wooden barrels.
