About the wine
Roberto Cipresso is a successful winemaker, an internationally sought-after consultant, speaker and author, and last but not least an explorer who questions the natural in viticulture and experiments with great curiosity. Vinification
Very selective harvest by hand, fermentation in Slavonian oak barrels, aging for 24 months in large, mainly used French oak barrels and 6 months in steel tanks.
