About the wine
Concentrated and dense, with notes of dark plums, dried raspberries, tobacco and leather. The wine has a bright garnet red colour with power and fine tannins on the finish.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried and grilled red meats.
Vinification
Handpick. After maceration on the skins, fermentation takes place in medium and small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 12 days with frequent pumping and delestation once or twice. Malolactic fermentation takes place naturally. Ageing: 5 years, including 36 months in oak barrels, followed by 6 months in bottle.
