About the wine
With this outstanding Sangiovese 2017 — Brunello Di Montalcino DOCG La Rasina, the term taste takes on a new meaning. The winemaker from the Italian winery La Rasina is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originated in the flourishing and fertile Tuscan countryside. Tasting note
Ruby red color, strong aroma with a spicy bouquet, full-bodied on the palate, profound and structured with lots of fruit, framed with elegant tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Entrecote, stewed/fried lamb and game with spicy sauces.
Vinification
Aging in barriques and large wooden barrels for 30 months. Before the wine is left in the bottle for 6 months, the total quantity is stored in steel tanks for another 6 months.
