Tasting note
Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Donna Rebecca only produces around 1500 bottles in the best years. The grapes come from a single vineyard, which, according to Ridolfi, is considered to be the best plot of the winery. This cru can be regarded as the “most modern” wine from Ridolfi's portfolio, as it is aged in French barriques for 30 months, followed by a bottle aging of at least 18 months.
