Tasting note
Intense garnet red color with ruby red reflections. Vibrating, rich nose with lots of cherries, blackberries, red currants and a touch of cherry jam. Beautifully intertwined impressions of vanilla, toast and cinnamon in the mouth. A perfectly harmonious ensemble that gently touches the taste buds. Wonderful, long and nice finish.
Vinification
Selective hand harvesting, long cold maceration, slow mash fermentation and aging in large oak barrels.
