About the wine
The Ricasolis were the first noble family to grow wine in Tuscany. To this day, the noble clan is also one of the most successful producers in the region. Baron Bettino Ricasoli is also considered the inventor of the Chianti Classico recipe, as it still exists today.

Tasting note
Strong ruby red, floral aromas of violets and irises. Red fruits and balsamic nuances. Soft start to the palate, elegant, well-integrated tannins. The wine is balanced, mineral with a long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
It goes great with pasta with tomato sauce, lasagna, grilled meat or spicy cheese.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 24 °C to 27 °C. The peel maceration took 14-16 days. Nine months in Tonneaux.
