Tasting note
Intense ruby red robe. Notes of eucalyptus, black pepper, Mediterranean spices, red flowers, currants and black cherries combine to create a complex bouquet, with slightly sweet cocoa notes in the background. Full-bodied and enveloping on the palate with good freshness and a persistent, balsamic finish with a recurring cocoa note.
Culinary recommendation
Charcuterie, aged cheese, red meat and Piedmontese cuisine.
Vinification
18 months in small French oak barrels.
