Tasting note
Bright golden yellow robe. Intense bouquet with notes of peach, apricot, pineapple and banana paired with a touch of acacia flowers, sage, chamomile and mint. On the palate, a fresh start with good acidity, velvety and complex. The long-lasting aftertaste is accompanied by recurring salve notes and aromas of ripe fruit.
Culinary recommendation
Raw fish, seafood, white meat, fried duck breast or fresh goat cheese.
Vinification
6 months in French oak barrels, then at least 6 months in bottle.
