About the wine
With the fine Brentino Veneto IGT from 2013, you will positively surprise your friends. Fertile and blooming landscapes in Veneto give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Maculan conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity.
Tasting note
Dark ruby red in the glass. On the nose, a seductive scent of blackberries and black cherries, underlined by a touch of cedarwood. On the palate, Brentino is dry and full-bodied. Its rich tannins and dark fruit aromas give the wine a backbone. The finale is harmonious and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Mediterranean cuisine, pasta, barbecues, cheese
Vinification
The grapes are manually selected and fermented in steel tanks. Half of the wine then continues to mature in stainless steel tanks, while the other half is aged in French barriques.
