Tasting note
Colour: intense cherry red. Aroma: The nose is dominated by an inviting bouquet of dark fruits, finely underlined with notes of vanilla and cedarwood. Character: On the palate, full-bodied, balanced and with well-integrated tannins. Nice, long finish.

Goes well with Spanish dishes, minced meat dishes, lamb, tapas, barbecues and much more
Vinification
Manual harvest, temperature-controlled fermentation, 10-month aging in French oak barriques — bottle aging for 8 months.
