About the wine
An elegant rosé from Provence with soft salmon pink. On the nose, fresh aromas of red berries, citrus fruits and fine floral notes. Lively, harmonious and refreshing on the palate with a balanced minerality and a persistent, fruity finish.

Vinification
Manual harvest with selection, gentle pressing at low pressure, cold maceration at 5 - 6°C, alcoholic fermentation for 3 - 4 weeks at 14 - 20°C, aging on fine yeast for several months.
