Tasting note
Brilliant, distinctive straw yellow. On the nose, a fine scent of acacia and white flowers, hints of minerality. Tightly woven on the palate, creamy and juicy with delicate acidity and cool minerality. An exceptionally elegant sarde with a cool, fruity aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Branu is ideal as an aperitif. It goes well with Mediterranean cuisine, seafood, fish dishes and typical Italian appetizers.
Vinification
The grapes come from vineyards in Chilvagghja (Arzachena). Fermentation and aging exclusively in steel tanks.
