Vinification
The three Legàmi brandies aged 38, 45 and 51, which have been passed on over three generations and are now coming to light, are the physical representation of a tradition that is passed on through blood ties. Made from the grapes of fine Italian wines and aged in wooden barrels made from various types of wood.
