About the wine

Tasting note
The vines grow on rocky, dry and well-drained soil. Some of the grapes are dried on grids for around two weeks so that the entire harvest can be vinified together. The berries are fermented in an inox tank for a week, where the wine also matures until bottling. The result is a fruity and at the same time full-bodied red.
