About the wine
The Brama countryside rises above Félines-Minervois, a vineyard that offers spectacular views of the plain, the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. In this natural environment, Brama develops into a racy and pure 100% Grenache Gris.

Tasting note
Fresh and concentrated aromas of tropical fruits, honeysuckle, lemon peel and buttered almonds. Medium-bodied, racy and pure on the palate, with a beautiful, elegant texture supported by acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with risotto, cheese, smoked salmon and leek quiche with roquefort.
Vinification
According to the biodynamic philosophy, the process is very natural with minimal intervention. 10 months in oak barrels and 6 months in an egg-shaped vat.
