About the wine
We have a special, strong Cabernet Sauvignon from 2011 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Inama Azienda Agricola masters this red wine in the blooming and fertile countryside of Veneto. Tasting note
In the glass, the wine is intense ruby red. The bouquet develops aromas of small dark berries, spices, pepper, ripe cherries and chocolate. On the palate, it has ripe tannins, which support long aging, and offers a harmonious balance between fruitiness and spiciness.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled meats, especially beef, as well as with traditional dishes such as grilled Sorana beef cutlet, bigoli with sausage and Asiago cheese. It is also an excellent choice with lentil soup or fava bean cream with pecorino.
Vinification
The grapes are macerated and fermented in vertical fermentation tanks for around 12 days.
