About the wine
Delicate scent of strawberries, rose petals and subtle musk notes. Slightly sparkling on the palate, refreshing with stimulating, subtle residual sweetness.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fresh berries, fruit cakes, sweet pastries and patisserie.
Vinification
Fermentation in pressure tanks up to the desired alcohol content of approx. 6% vol. The wine is then cooled down to stop fermentation and then separated from the yeasts using a filter.
