About the wine
Fragrant aromas of red berries, some violets and a touch of spice. Elegant, fresh and with fine tannins on the palate. An authentic, easy-to-drink bourgogne blush with signature.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fresh tuna with sesame, raclette or tartiflette as well as marinated Asian-style shrimp.
Vinification
12 months in new French oak. The grapes are pre-sorted at the sorting table, destemmed and filled into tanks. Fermentation in open tanks between 25 and 30 days, pre-fermentation in refrigeration tanks followed by aging in oak barrels for 12 months (20% new barrels)
