Tasting note
Bourgogne Rouge La Taupe is a delicious delicacy. The vines are an impressive 70 years old and give Pinot Noir a wonderful structure. Coupled with the inviting aromas of red berries and its freshness, the wine is ideal for light dishes and hearty platters.
Vinification
The vines for La Taupe grow on loamy soils. After harvesting, 90% of the wine matures for 10 Montae in used barriques and the remaining 10% in new barrels.
