This Pinot Noir draws its strength and energy from the slate, gravelly soils in Burgundy. The winemaker from the French winery Champy transforms it into a real treat with great sensitivity. Die Aromen des Bourgogne Rouge AOP Cuvée Edme von Pilzen und Karamellbonbon drücken viel Komplexität mit einer ganz einzigartigen Struktur aus. Als Nächstes zeigen die verspielten Nuancen von Himbeere, Kirsche und Vanille ihren eigenen Charakter. Mit verhalten angenehm ausgebauten Tanninen, mittelkräftigem Körper und dominanter Säure zeigt dieser fruchtige Rotwein seine makellose Struktur.

Goes well with appetizers, white or red meats, cheese.
Vinification
Produced using traditional winemaking methods with natural yeast. The wine is aged in oak barrels, 30% of which are new. 12 months are required for the wine to mature, from a mixed selection of 80 barrels.
