Das Duftspektrum des Bourgogne Renommée von Pilzen und Karamellbonbon zeigt vielschichtige Aromastruktur und viel Finesse. Die dominanten Noten von Himbeere, Kirsche und Vanille gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Ein fruchtiger Rotwein mit mittelkräftigem Körper und dominanter Säure, welcher angenehm mit fein ausgebauten Tanninen auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine lebendige Struktur entfaltet.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Geniessen Sie diesen Rotwein bei leicht gekühlten 13°-15°C. Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Bourgogne Renommée harmoniert bestens mit Ente, Lachs und rotem Fleisch.
