Tasting note
Passetoutgrains is a traditional Burgundian appellation which, unlike the other appellations, allows gamay to be used in addition to Pinot Noir. In addition to the red Passetout grain, Domaine Sirugue also bottles a rosé version. It is characterized by its pureness and liveliness, with a fresh and elegant expression of delicate florality. The intense acidity on the palate makes the wine an ideal accompaniment both to an aperitif and to all light fish and seafood dishes.
