About the wine

Tasting note
The “juicy classic” for brasserie and bistro cuisine. Ruby red in the glass with slight garnet reflections. On the nose, aromas of black fruit, mocha and pepper. The wine has a good length with silky tannins. Nice freshness for the finale.

Goes well with charcuterie, grilled meats, cheeses, roasts.

Traditional fermentation in large open wooden barrels.
