About the wine

Das fruchtige Bukett des Bourgogne blanc von Passionsfrucht, Pfirsich und Mandel zeigt vielschichtige Aromastruktur und viel Genusspotential. Die dominanten Nuancen von Zitrone, Limette und Apfel gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Ein fruchtiger Weisswein mit schlankem Körper und dominanter Säure, welcher auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine komplexe Struktur entfaltet.

Unsere Empfehlung: Die perfekte Trinktemperatur für den Weisswein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 10°-12°C. Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Bourgogne blanc harmoniert ausgezeichnet mit Fisch mit Kräutern, Spargeln und Trüffel.
