Tasting note
In the past, the high altitudes of Hautes Côtes de Nuits, which are close to the edge of the forest, produced more simple wines for the region itself. As a result of climate change, the locations are becoming more and more interesting for local winemakers today. The wine is wonderfully fresh on the nose with fresh aromas of green apples. Great acidity and light creaminess on the palate.
Vinification
Fermented with our own yeasts. 14 months in used demi-muid wooden barrels.
