Tasting note
Bright, shiny straw yellow with crystal-clear reflections. The nose shows fine citrus notes, crunchy Granny Smith apples and a touch of white flowers. Round yet refreshing on the palate, with juicy aromas of lemon, grapefruit and white peach. Delicate notes of lime blossom and a fine iodine saltiness add depth. The finish appears lively, salty and pleasantly long.
Culinary recommendation
Seafood, fish, fresh and goat cheese and as an aperitif.
