Tasting note
Uncomplicated yet remarkable entry-level wine from Clos du Caillou. Wonderful, fresh aromas of exotic fruits and citrus fruits, floral notes of fleurs de vignes and marzipan. Medium-bodied, light-footed palate with subtle melting, beautiful harmony and great drinking flow. The aromas are confirmed, lots of fresh stone fruit paired with floral notes. Fresh, slightly mineral aftertaste. Ideal for any aperitif.
Vinification
Grapes from 40 to 50-year-old vines on sandy, rocky soil from the Lieu-Dit “Les Garrigues”.
