Tasting note
Eleven kilometers south of the domain, in the municipality of Saint Perdoux, lie the very dry lime plots surrounded and well protected by garriques from the conventionally working neighbors. Ten years ago Claudie and Bruno discovered this extraordinary site - now the first wines are on the market. Deep ruby red. Ripe fruits, cherries on the nose - full-bodied with fleshy tannins > 2028 (vegan/organic conversion)
