Tasting note
An intense bouquet of pear, orange zest and grapefruit, combined with a mineral note. A rich and subtle Meursautl whose freshness gives it a perfect balance.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish — from grilled sea bream and trout to steamed zander or a fine fillet of monkfish.
Vinification
Careful handpicked in small boxes. The grapes are pressed as whole grapes, fermentation takes place in new French barriques, which are also aged for 8 to 10 months.
