Tasting note
The nose reveals complex aromas of white flowers, acacia, whitedores and peaches. Fine roasted aromas are woven together, which result in a particular complexity. On the palate, Clos Saint Landry is silky, creamy with an unparalleled personality.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish — from grilled sea bream and trout to steamed zander or a fine fillet of monkfish.
Vinification
Aging for 10 months in French oak barrels. 15% new wood content. Before bottling, the wine rests in large foudre barrels for up to 6 to 8 months.
