Culinary recommendation
The Chambolle-Musigny goes well with chops, leg of lamb, rack of lamb.
Vinification
Classic mash fermentation for 15 to 18 days. This is followed by ageing for around one year in French barriques with a new wood content of 25 to 30 percent.
