Tasting note
Flowery Crunchy citrus. Coriander seeds and lime peel give the nose a bright and zesty character, while lavender and juniper add herbaceous and floral notes.
Culinary recommendation
Whether in gin & tonic or as a dry martini, the non-alcoholic gin alternative is the perfect basis for long drinks and cocktails as a no or low alcohol version.
Vinification
Fluère combines only the highest quality ingredients and the finest botanicals. These include the seeds of exotic Casablanca coriander, sugar cane molasses from the Dominican Republic, the best juniper berries from the heights of the Himalayas, exquisite lavender from Provence and Mediterranean lemon peels. In order to develop the full aroma of each individual component, all botanicals, spices and fruits are carefully processed in a special process called steam distillation. This method extracts the essential oils that make up the exceptional taste and unmistakable aftertaste of every beverage made with Fluère.
